| Production ProcessTransmission units to be remanufactured are disassembled, thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and then remanufactured to factory specifications, using O.E.M. parts and components.
Our technicians use the best equipment available and assemble each unit in a spotless environment. Quality is assured and maintained while installing the latest engineering updates and correcting factory faults.
During final inspection, each remanufactured transmission is DYNO-TESTED to ensure proper performance. Our AXI-LINE TRANSMISSION DYNOMOMETERS employ variable magnetic loading devices that are friction-free, electronically controlled, and adjustable through all speed ranges.
With it's high power loading of the transmission output, our tester produces ACCURATE results by simulating transmission operation as in the vehicle. Well defined shift points and a clear indication of clutch, band and torque converter performance is assured.
All ACCURATE TRANSMISSIONS are delivered with a remanufactured computer balanced torque converter.
